Payment methods

Any of the products you select can be paid for by:

  • Bank wire transfer
  • Credit/Debit card

The card payments are made via Alfa-Bank.

VISA, MasterCard and MIR cards are acceptable.

Payment methods bank cards

The online payment services are provided in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of the international payment systems VISA and MasterCard and the Payment System MIR on the secure and confidential transactions, which means that any transaction is processed and encrypted with the use of the high-standard security measures. The bank details of your card are entered on the secure payment page of the Alfa-Bank.

The bank details of your card required on the payment page include card’s number, card owner’s name, expiry date, three-digit security code (CVV2 for VISA, CVC2 for MasterCard, Additional ID Code for MIR). All these details can be found on your card. The three-digit security number is the three digits placed on the reverse side of the card.

After introducing the details, you will be transferred to the page of your bank where you will be required to introduce the security code provided to you by your bank via SMS. If you did not receive the SMS with the code, please, contact your bank for help.

If the payment were canceled, it could mean that:

  • Your card cannot be used to make online payments; to find out more on that, please, contact your bank
  • You do not have sufficient funds on your account. To check the balance of your account, please, contact your bank
  • Provided card details are incorrect
  • The bank card has expired. The expiry date is usually indicated on the face side of the card in the mm/yy format. To check if your card has expired or not, please, contact the bank that issued it

Any private information (your name, address, telephone number, e-mail, card number) are strictly confidential and shall not be divulged. The card details you use to make the payment are encrypted and are not stored on our web server.
