The warranty period is set in accordance with a product’s datasheet as from the date the product is delivered to the Customer.
In case the product has any defects or damages that manifest themselves during the warranty period, the Customer must inform the Seller of that and send the Seller a damage report via e-mail within the following 5 (five) calendar days. After that, the original copy of the report and the product itself must be sent to the Seller as well. In this case any delivery costs and customs fees and levies shall be covered by the Customer.
The date of the official submission of the damage report is established as the day on which the Seller receives the original copy of the damage report and the damaged product.
If the product's damage is covered by the warranty terms, the Seller is obliged to repair the product within the 45 (forty-five) working days as from the date the damaged product is delivered back to the Seller. All costs incurred by the repair under the warranty terms and transportation of the product after it is repaired shall be covered by the Seller.
If the product’s damage is not covered by the warranty or if the product is damaged after the warranty expired, the Seller shall repair the product after signing a stand-alone agreement with the Customer. In this case all repair and transportation costs shall be covered by the Customer.
If the products purchased by the Customer are delivered partially, the Customer is entitled to the refund in the amount equal to the price of the missing products that must be transferred back to the Customer’s bank account within 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days as from the day on which the Seller receives the Refund Demand Letter in writing.
In case the Seller does not manage to get the permission to export the product from Russian Federation to the country of the Customer’s choosing, the amount paid for the product shall be refunded to the Customer’s bank account within 180 (one hundred eighty) calendar days as from the date the product is rejected by the Russian customs.
In case the Customer does not manage to get the permission to import the product from Russian Federation into the country of the Customer’s choosing (including if the product were destroyed by the customs of the country of the Customer’s choosing), the amount paid for the product shall not be refunded to the Customer.
